Key Areas of Research

The Glasgow Centre for Retailing is housed within the Division of Marketing at Caledonian Business School. The Division is recognised as a Centre of Excellence in specific research areas by both the academic and business community. The three key areas of research expertise are: Retailing (including Fashion & Food retailing), Consumer Research and Marketing Management & Education.

The Division of Marketing operates the largest under-graduate degree in Retail Management in Scotland and the MSc in Fashion Marketing which was the first programme of its kind in the UK.
